The ski resort of Valberg is composed of several hills distributed in the communes of Péone, Guillaumes and Beuil. Just go from one to the other to browse the station.
Valberg, a ski resort of Mercantour
The sectors of Dreccia and Barzes have grown. The ski resort of Valberg has a beautiful ski area with an atypical configuration. Approximately an hour and a half by road (clear road without traffic) you can reach the ski resort from Nice via the magnificent gorge of Cian. A shuttle (bus) allows to climb, from the coast, for the day of skiing. This is also the case for other ski resorts in the Alpes Maritimes. The atmosphere in Valberg is family-friendly. It is possible to go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Every year, the European comics festival takes place in February. Many shops offer their services: hotels, restaurants, ski school (ESF), rentals, real estate agency etc ... You can also have access to a panoramic high definition picture of the Mercantour massif from the Cap d'Antibes.
